Faux Lofthouse Cookies

Yeah, you know those wonderfully amazing,... no even more than amazing, Lofthouse sugar cookies. I have tried so many time to recreate those outstanding little culinary arts. I have finally come close, I love this recipe, although I don't frost them. They either disappear too quickly or I just don't have time to do it. I can already taste them... melting in my mouth... soft, floury, not-too-sweet... Mmmmmmm........delicious!!!
